The “dark night of the soul” is a term that most of us have come across in our culture and certainly encountered if we’ve been on a spiritual path of growth for any length of time. Nature and the seasons are always teaching us about our own core nature . As we align with those teachings we can start to get into a flow and rhythm with our life.
Consider the three primary colours as the ultimate parents of all colours. They are red, yellow and blue and are called primary’s because they form the basis of every other colour that exists.
There is mounting evidence for the role of the mind in disease and healing and this is leading to a greater acceptance of the common sense notion that ‘too much stress makes you sick'.
