 Red

Red is Averse and its element is fire – it heats up and pushes away. Red people have feet and body open and out, and they push things and people away due to a lack of awareness of others personal space. They have a fear of letting anything close. A red child may have been beaten, so they push away and sabotage their relationships because it is not safe. Red is about safety and survival.

Red’s lesson is detachment. In Buddhism all suffering comes from attachment, so the detachment comes from a place that says ‘it is what it is’, peace with how things are.
